2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

• We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Mirson Brand offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across most areas in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make the payment at the time of delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.

7. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts or cannot contact you, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Mirson Brand is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
